Spun another way

I’m still alive by the way, just horribly busy.
Today I tried a different spin class. I won’t say where. Not a patch on the classes at the Studio. The bikes are 100% better at the studio. At the place I went today, they were more like exercise bikes. The music, sound, light and environment were a bit of a let down too. It’s a shame you if have to go to the other kind of spinning class.
I might actually prefer using my turbo trainer. I’ll have to combine all three to keep the variety.
Why would be combine 3 if you don’t like one? Just asking…
Variation I think. I’m also playing squash with him indoors a few days a week. Who is also now doing spinning! We need to find out what the squash rules are though. The internets will tell us I assume.
Has the Gee got on his bike yet?
Where abouts is the Studio too – fancy checking out a spinning class.
Dave has pimped out his GT mountain bike from the ’90s. I imagine he’ll get a road bike later through the government “have a bike so we can abuse you and call you a lycra rat for doing something different” scheme.
We all went to spin last night. I did two hours. Second hour is actually easier. It was bloody brilliant. Cherry is a really motivating teacher. I keep saying how great spin is, but it really is only brilliant because of Cherry teaching it.
The studio is in Glossop on Surrey Street for their map. Their classes are a bit more expensive than the others in Glossop, but that’s because the bikes are 100% better, as is the teaching.
